Plan data request:  Fiduciary Benchmarks obtains information about user plans through the Site.  This information supports plan benchmarking.  Plan information is used to compare your plan versus a benchmark group of plans.  Plan data is also used to build the benchmark groups used by other plan benchmark reports.  Plan data points are also used to build research on plan fee, design, support, service, and success measures.  Benchmark group membership and plan research universes are not disclosed.

Retirement Outcome Evaluator (ROE):  Fiduciary Benchmarks requires that users submit the following data to use the ROE service: full name, date of birth, date of hire, 401(k) account balance by fund and source, and contributions by source (pre-tax, roth, after-tax).  All of the foregoing items are required for the purpose of estimating retirement income.

Surveys:  Fiduciary Benchmarks may occasionally ask users and visitors to complete surveys and opinion polls about their interests, needs, and attitudes.  Surveys help us provide better services that users may find beneficial.  Participation is completely voluntary.  We do not use any survey information in individually identifiable form.  Once you complete a survey, any links between your identity and your answers are broken as quickly as possible.  All information provided through surveys is only used in an aggregated and anonymized manner.
